  • Each AKOU creation is handcrafted in my studio in Morocco.

    The production time depends on the size and complexity of the project, as well as my current production schedule. On average, please allow between one and four weeks from design approval to delivery.

    If your project is linked to an opening, an event or a specific deadline, please let me know. I always do my best to accommodate your timeline.

    Each piece is made entirely by hand in my studio in Morocco. I believe in giving every creation the time it deserves, rather than producing in series.

  • Yes. Most of my projects are carried out remotely.

    We connect by phone or video call so I can understand your project, your space and what you have in mind. Based on these conversations, I develop a bespoke proposal before beginning the process.

    Whether you are in Morocco or abroad, wherever you are, I guide you from our first conversation through to the installation of your piece.

  • Yes. AKOU creations can be shipped throughout Morocco and internationally.

    Each piece is carefully protected and packaged to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. I select the most suitable shipping method based on the size of the piece and its destination.

    Before shipping, I work with you to determine the delivery solution best suited to your project.

  • Everything begins with a conversation. We discuss your space, your story, your inspirations and your needs.

    I then explore several creative directions before developing a unique proposal for you.

    Once the design is approved, the piece is entirely hand-tufted in my studio in Morocco.

    I keep you updated throughout the entire process, from creation to delivery.

    Together, we define the key elements of the project: dimensions, colours, atmosphere, materials and how the piece will integrate into your space.

    I then transform these elements into an artwork that reflects your identity while remaining true to AKOU’s distinctive artistic language.

  • Yes. Every AKOU creation is made specifically for its space and its owner.

    Even when a piece is inspired by an existing collection or artistic universe, each one is individually conceived, designed and hand-tufted to ensure it remains truly unique.

  • The price mainly depends on the dimensions, the complexity of the design, the materials used and the time required to create the piece.
